SSGPT6 Reception & Records Center

Communications Hub

SSGPT6 is designed as a structured communications platform that can organize phone requests, support messages, email intake, and service records through a connected dashboard environment — when those providers are actually attached.

Incoming contact activity may be organized into a reviewable record system for later follow-up, support handling, and AI-assisted routing where enabled.

This page stores drafts in your browser. It does not place calls, record voicemail audio, or send email until a phone and mailbox provider are connected.

What sits behind the site

Phone reception

Business number, incoming call record, missed-call log, voicemail file, caller number, timestamp, optional transcript — only after a licensed phone provider is connected.

Email records

Support address, subject, sender, thread, reply tracking — only after a mailbox provider is connected.

Records database

Tickets, status, follow-up notes. Today: this browser’s localStorage. Later: the same fields on a server you control.

AI Sleeping Agent layer

The AI Sleeping Agent Black Box is intended to support message organization, request classification, record review, and internal workflow routing. Founder oversight stays required. It does not answer calls or send official mail by itself.

Master statement

SSGPT6 is being structured as a site with a connected communications and records system designed to organize support messages, contact requests, phone activity, email intake, and internal service workflows through an AI-assisted review and routing layer under founder control.

Do not read this page as: AI answers every call, AI replaces staff, every call is recorded, or every message is delivered.
